ArnikonStructural steel, fasteners and tubes require different handling and process arrangements. Maximum dimensions, load weight, product mix and target tonnes per hour define the starting point. Batch hot dip galvanizing and spin galvanizing require separate basket and cycle assessments.
The zinc kettle and galvanizing furnace are sized together with degreasing, pickling, rinsing, fluxing and drying. PLC/SCADA, recipe and lot tracking connect material handling, temperature control and production records.
Acid fume extraction, wet scrubbing, dust filtration and wastewater management are engineered for the site. Existing lines are assessed for bottlenecks, energy consumption and maintenance access before a phased modernization scope is defined.
